Hua Ro (Thai: หัวรอ) is a subdistrict in the Mueang Phitsanulok District of Phitsanulok Province, Thailand.

The topography of Hua Ro is fertile lowlands.[1] The subdistrict is bordered to the north by Pak Thok and Makham Sung, to the east by Ban Pa, Don Thong and Samo Khae, to the south by Aranyik and the City of Phitsanulok, and to the west by Chom Thong, Phlai Chumphon and Ban Khlong.[1] Hua Ro lies within the Nan Basin, which is part of the Chao Phraya Watershed. The Nan River flows through the western portion of the subdistrict.[1]
